BOOKINGS
We require full payment at time of booking. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email us at contact_us@luzspiritualcorner.com at least 72 hours in advance. There will be no refunds for no-shows and/or late cancellations, you must rebook. This also applies to late appointments.

SHIPPING
Purchased items are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) after payment is received.
Packages are sent via USPS (Postal Service). Shipping and handling fees are flat rate of $7.99 per order. All shipping rates can change without notice.
Tracking numbers are provided for all packages. Insurance is optional and extra charge may apply. If you would like to rush or upgrade your shipping preference please send me a message so that we can calculate cost difference.
